Why do I have to license Adenosine-Lidocaine compound?

The formulation and use of the Adenosine-Lidocaine drug compound, trademarked Adenocaine®, are patented and owned by Hibernation Therapeutics.  Please contact us for an authorized source of the Adenocaine® compound or if you are interested in using it.

If I am already using this Adenosine-Lidocaine compound, how long do I have before I am required to license the formulation and use of the technology from Hibernation Therapeutics?

Hibernation Therapeutics believes that the Adenosine-Lidocaine drug compound, trademarked Adenocaine®, is highly beneficial for your patients and we want you to be able to use it.  We also understand that you may not be aware of our issued patents with some dating back to 1999.  Once you become aware or are notified that this technology is patented, you need to contact Hibernation Therapeutics as soon as possible.  We want to work with you to continue to make the Adenocaine® Hiberplegia™  Solution available.  We can direct you to a properly authorized source or discuss the option of directly licening the technology to your facility.  Please be aware that purchasing from an authorized source or obtaining a license are the only legal options to continue using the Adenocaine® technology in your medical practice.
